We have used James Dietz from that agency for our last three Princess cruises and have had excellent service. Not only is JD highly knowledgeable about all of the cruiselines, he will also work to get you a terrific deal. Each one of my three Princess cruises were priced very low and on my third cruise he got us a fabulous upgrade too. JD quickly answers emails and telephone calls, there are no extra charges over normal cruiseline fees, and his agency is run in a very professional manner. You will receive a very detailed invoice with all of your cruise information and payments have always gone directly through Princess which is the best way for the customer. Our family was really burned by a local agency who took advantage of our limited knowledge on our first cruise. There were extra fees that were not explained ahead of time and I later found out that we were charged more than if we used the cruiseline direct.
